Please send us photographs of the part of your body you want us to judge. Take one picture from front, one from left or right hand side, and eventually one from behind. Please do not send more than three photographs. Fill out the form for health information and send photographs and the filled out form by email or post. Please call us after a week.
If you have a scanner, or a digital camera, you can send the photograps as email attachment.

If you have more than one photograph, please arrange them on one page and try to minimize the size as much as possible.
